Important Update: Student-Parent Handbook

Yesterday, we sent out hard copies of our Student-Parent Handbook. The handbook contains essential information, guidelines, and policies that will help ensure a smooth and successful school experience for everyone. Please make sure to keep your copy as it will serve as your reference throughout the school year.

  • House Heads and Leaders Meeting, 2:45 PM at OH-6

Friday, August 16 (Day 1):

  • Volleyball Meet and Greet with Coaches | 2:45 PM – 3:15 PM | Dining Hall
    We invite all parents interested in meeting our coaches to join us!

  • Lower School Tea Party | 3:15 PM – 4:15 PM | Little Theater

  • Student ID Picture Taking | 7:45 AM – 9:50 AM | Students should come well-presented and be in complete uniform. (For LS, if students have PE on this day, that is also acceptable.)

Structured Free Play Soccer Club for Kinder to Grade 12

We are thrilled to announce the continuation of our Structured Free Play Soccer Club for students from Kinder to Grade 12. Led by Coach Boy Arandez, this club offers a fantastic opportunity for students to enjoy soccer, hone their skills, and have fun in a friendly and supportive environment.

Details:

  • Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

  • Time: 3:00 PM – 5:15 PM

  • Location: School Field
    (Please note that sessions will be held only if the weather permits; in case of bad weather, the sessions will be canceled.)

  • Facilitator: Coach Boy

Requirements:

  • Parental Responsibility: Parents are required to be on standby and are responsible for bringing younger children to Coach Boy for each session.

  • Attire: Students must wear proper sports attire, including rubber shoes.

  • Waivers: Waiver forms are required for participation and can be obtained from Coach Boy.
